The warm summer weather is here and the Comedy Connection can’t wait to start welcoming fans back to our Boston Stand-Up Comedy Shows. Some of the top comedians in the industry will perform on the Comedy Connection stage for the first time while others who we’ve already had the pleasure of seeing are returning. Here are some of the comedians we’re most excited to see in Boston this summer.
Tim Dilllon
Tim Dillon has quickly risen up the ranks in the comedy world and become one of the best tickets in the business. He won the title of New York’s Funniest 2016 at Carolines NY Comedy Festival and had 2 specials premiere in 2018 on Comedy Central and Netflix. His comedy performances don’t fit into one specific niche which has helped grow his fanbase with The Tim Dillon Podcast. Tim Dillon’s in-your-face style is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat during his show at the Comedy Connection in July.
Seth Myers
Seth Myers is an Emmy award winning writer and one of the most well-known faces in entertainment as the host of “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” Meyers started doing improv comedy while he was in college and joined the Saturday Night Live cast in 2001. He became co-head writer in 2006 before anchoring the show solo between 2008-2013 while receiving critical acclaim for some of his most iconic sketches. His comedy is known for its focus on current events and politics that draws from his experience as the host of his own show.
John Mulaney
John Mulaney broke a Comedy Connection record with 21 consecutive sold out shows from 8/14-8/29. Mulaney is best known for his work on Saturday Night Live and Stand-up Comedy Specials like The Top Part (2009), New in Town (2012), The Comeback Kid (2017), and Kid Gorgeous (2018). He has been a headliner since 2008 and uses storytelling rich with detail to get audiences laughing. The John Mulaney: From Scratch tour will feature brand-new material from the stand-up comedian and starts at the Comedy Connection in Boston on 8/14.
