If you’re interested in seeing a stand up comedy show in Boston the best place to check out is the Comedy Connection. The Comedy Connection is Boston’s best comedy club and it’s located in the Wilbur theater right in the heart of Boston’s historic theater district. The 1,093 seat capacity guarantees an intimate experience with some of the world’s best-known comedians. This location makes it ideal for when you’re planning a night out on the town. There are hundreds of restaurants and tons of other fun things to do within walking distance.

Boston’s Chinatown

Chinatown is home to some of the best Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants in the world. The proximity to the Comedy Connection and the fact that you can get in and out of most of these restaurants very quickly make it the ideal place to have something to eat or a few drinks before a comedy show.

Boston’s North End

If you are up for a little bit longer of an adventure you can take the train from Chinatown to the Haymarket stop and check out the North End. The train departs every 10 minutes and operates every day of the week making it very easy to travel between the Comedy Connection and the North End. Home to over 100 restaurants and tourist attractions the North End is a great place to check out before or after a stand up comedy show.

Boston’s South End

Another great area to check out is Boston’s South End. If Asian or Italian food isn’t your thing, the south end is sure to have something for you. The South End is home to many family-friendly bistros and unique low key pubs. The South End is just a short trip from the Comedy Connection and is easily accessible. If you’re up for the adventure you could walk there and take in the beautiful scenery without a problem.
